There was a warm welcome for John Tejada at the Watergate. Together with his production partner Maxwell Tejada delivered a very fine live act. His sound hardware was glowing as they played live without computers. Main floor quickly got crowded, while downstairs on the Waterfloor Cassy put us to a very hard test. Acid is a bit more nervous that f.e. house. Looping this acid doesn’t relax its character. But when to boot being attacked with distortion filters, then at least my eardrum is close to a general strike.
