economind Business Consulting Gmbh annual calendar 2007
economind is a Berlin based business consulting company. Each year on the occasion of Christmas an annual calendar for the next year is released; a photo calendar which joins globally taken images deserving a second view.
January
While taking photos for Phoenix broadcast "Berliner Forum" not only foreign secretary was in front of my lens.
February
Weather in Norway is often affected by deeply hanging clouds and rain. When having a look at the mountain sides of the Fjords, often fog and clounds alternate with rocks and trees.
March
A heart-like formed cloud, seen in Bergen's varied sky.
April
Calm and almost without waves appears the sea between the skerries in front of Bergen.
May
In every town of West Africa so called Garage is the starting point of travellers. Like here in Zinguinchar much needed tyres are kept alive using all possible means.
June
Doing a round every minute anew: different seafish, among many Herrings.
July
Solely the run-down power lines are evidence of Bijagos archipelago's once high importance. Where once thousands of slaves had been deported to America now African pease, ease and idyll dominates.
August
Rarely sun disappears behind the ocean waves that spectacularly as on Bijagos archipelago often Sahara's dust blurs the horizon.
September
Africans are known for their abilities to improvise; like this young boy playing with a jerry can on one of Carabane's beaches.
October
For us, economind, it's like a look outside the office window. For many tourists Potsdamer Platz' modern architecture is a great photo motif though.
November
In 2006 modifications of Centrum Warenhaus to become Galeria Kaufhof got completed and the attic floor of that big store got a breathtaking areaway.
December
In the evening hours the Old Town of Vilnius gets a fond coat of illumination.
Christmas Card
As a special feature economind's 2007 calendar comes across with a specially designed christmas card, showing the warm coloured paintings on the arched slab of Prague's Charles Bridge Tower.
